Contributions

Contributions to the Campaign are processed through a third-party donation platform and are subject to that platform’s terms in addition to these Terms. Political contributions are not tax-deductible. By making a contribution, you certify that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident;
• The contribution is made from your own funds, on a card issued in your name, and not from the funds of another person or entity;
• You are not a foreign national, and the contribution does not come from a foreign source; and
• The contribution complies with all applicable contribution limits and laws.

Contributions are subject to applicable legal limits and reporting requirements. If you believe a contribution was made in error, please contact us using the information below to request a review or refund.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to the Campaign and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
